Two Ph.D. students receive The Faculty of Law Scholarship in Environment and Sustainability

Pierre Cloutier de Repentigny et Alexandre Lillo

The Faculty of Law is proud to annonce that two Ph.D. students have received the the Faculty of Law Scholarship in Environment and Sustainability. They are Pierre Cloutier de Repentigny and Alexandre Lillo.

Pierre Cloutier de Repentigny’s project, entitled "Protecting Marine Life through the Reformation of UNCLOS_Envisioning what Environmental Law Could Be”, is supervised by Professor Heather McLeod-Kilmurray. 

Alexandre Lillo’s project, entitled "La construction juridique de la gestion de l’eau par bassin versant au Canada", is supervised by Professor Jamie Benidickson.

The Faculty of Law Scholarship in Environment and Sustainability was established as part of a generous donation of a friend of the University of Ottawa to support exceptional graduate students whose research are related to environmental law and sustainable developments.
